Abi is leading producer of sausages, frozen semi-finished and ready-to-eat meals in Russia. The company has modern factories and DCs that supply products to every region in Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Abkhazia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, China, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Mongolia.

I joined the company in 2015 to fix problems with the company’s ERP system. I was a Programme Manager responsible for two main programs:

In 2017, I was promoted to the role of Director of Supply Chain Development. The department under my charge has successfully finished projects:
